About Me.

Renowned for his captivating roles in English National Ballet productions, Shevelle has left his indelible mark as the Mouse King in The Nutcracker and as the unforgettable Moor in Fokine's Pertrushka. His journey in dance began at a young age, catching the attention of scouts from the prestigious Royal Ballet, who swiftly included him in their outreach program, Chance to Dance, and the Royal Ballet School Junior Associates Programme. This was just the beginning of a remarkable trajectory.

With a successful audition for the Royal Ballet School in 1997, Shevelle honed his craft until 2005, immersing himself in the world of ballet. Soon after, he joined the esteemed English National Ballet as a company artist, where his talent shone brightly. As part of his dedication to the art form, Shevelle actively collaborated with the outreach team, contributing to impactful roadshows and working closely with the ENB youth company. Additionally, he lent his expertise to the Royal Ballet's Chance to Dance initiative, inspiring the next generation and witnessing firsthand the positive changes brought about by such programs.

In 2022, Shevelle received the honor of becoming a Patron of All England Dance, further solidifying his commitment to the advancement of the dance community.

Beyond the realm of ballet, Shevelle's magnetic presence has graced the pages of high-fashion magazines, collaborating with renowned photographers such as Dave La Chappelle and Rankin. He has also made appearances in music videos and commanded the grand stages of various festivals, including the iconic Glastonbury.

His versatility extends even further, as Shevelle has showcased his talents on the small screen, appearing in the esteemed Netflix series Bridgerton Season 2. His portfolio also boasts an array of commercials, and he has shared his knowledge and passion by teaching classes for the acclaimed production of The Lion King in London, as well as catering to a select group of private clients.
